Please try fully charging the unit prior to use and when you are ready to blend, ensure the arrows marked on the blender bottle and blending base are perfectly aligned. This is a safety feature we added to prevent it from accidentally blending or leaking on the go. If this does not solve the issue, it is possible your unit is defective.
