Good, but texture is inconsistent. One time when we buy it the curds are dry, and the next they're wet. Always tastes fine, however.

My family loves this! I use it in cooking all the time. Our doggos also love it as a special treat in their dish!

Thought was the best ever first time purchased. Second time it was nearly expired and had weird texture. Also, lid is challenging to remove.

I went looking for this today and all I could find was low fat cottage cheese. I use this for keto recipes. I don't really care if you decide to replace this fine product with something else, but please get a full fat cottage cheese product.

Why did Sam's stop carrying/making this? One of the reasons I have a membership. They carry most brands I like but are limited to only one or two varieties. What they picked to replace this item is terrible and an embarrassment.

This 3 lb. is a reasonable value, but more expensive than the store brand for the same size. It regularly has a sour taste to me. It mixes OK in some recipes, as a ricotta substitute, but after multiple purchases I will not purchase any longer.
