[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this for 72 hours now. The "cream" goes on exactly as stated.....feels like a thin film of water once it touches yor skin. I have tried this under two different foundations and found that a cream matte works better than a liquid one. It does feel a little sticky after 15 minutes, however, not bothersome. Very liitle scent at initial application. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Cream is very light and does a great job in moisturizing face and neck, as indicated.

It is fragrance free which is a huge plus for a facial cream. The cream feels light and creamy. It also absorbs well into the skin. It doesn't take alot of cream to get that refreshing feeling. My skin felt hydrated during the day and into the next. My husband loved how that my skin felt so soft! I would recommend to those looking for deep hydration!

Its light weight, soothing and didnt irritate my sensetive skin. The hydro boost water cream is reminiscent of Tatcha water cream but more accessible. I will definitely be replacing some products in favor of The water cream.

It felt great when applying but I soon realized that it had absorbed super quickly and my skin again felt dry and not super moisturized. It could be better for folks with dry skin, mine is oily personally.
