Yes, it is lightweight on the face but its a little too light for me personally. I don't feel like i get much hydration from the water cream because it disappears so quickly on my face. The texture is very nice.

It quickly soaked into my combination skin and didn't look or feel oily. It felt good when I slept in it and in the morning before heading out the door. My makeup went on smoothly.
