[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Neutrogena has a great product with their hydro boost moisturizer. It is not sticky and my makeup went seamlessly over it. The scent is fresh and not overwhelming. My skin was left feeling very soft and my fine lines appeared reduced.

It’s a slightly thicker lotion, which is so great for the season, but it’s still light enough to soak into your skin and not leave a sticky layer that didn’t absorb.

Yes, it is lightweight on the face but its a little too light for me personally. I don't feel like i get much hydration from the water cream because it disappears so quickly on my face. The texture is very nice.

No fragrance also is a plus as it doesn’t interfere with other products. Overall it’s a pleasant, affordable moisturizer that does what it says. All you need to do is to add a targeted serum underneath it’s all good to go for a whole day.

It's lightweight, but I thought it sometimes felt slightly sticky. It definitely left my face less dry, and I had no irritation or redness. Photos are to show before and after it's rubbed in. This one is thicker upon application but sinks in so quickly and leaves my skin feeling velvety! And NO fragrance!! So happy to have this as my new daily moisturizer!
