We bought this two or three days ago and yesterday the foot pedal came right off the crank arm and my three year old fell off the bike and landed on the side of his head, resulting in a swollen, bruised and bleeding ear and a trip to the ER. I called the customer service number and the nice rep informed me that my issue will be escalated. My three year old keeps asking if his ear is bleeding and won't go near the bike or his outdoor bike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have four years old kids who love to race and he always feels boring when I do my exercise. this is one of the good way to keep them busy and helps to improve their lifestyle by doing the good habits. It has different way to engage kids by interactive applications and trainer program. It also has the Bluetooth speaker that allows them to play their favorite music and motivate them. It is very easy to assemble that my son did most of the part for this. He loves riding the mountain bike and he feels adventures. Overall, it is good product that helps parents and kids to motivate them for them for exercise. I would defiantly suggest it to others.

I bought this for my boys, aged 4 and 6. After the first two days of use screws from the pedal and the base started to come out. I had to keep putting the pedal arm back on. After a week of this the pedal fell off while my 4 year old was using it. He fell forward and hit his face on the handlebar and thankfully kept himself from falling. This bike was ALWAYS used under supervision and the boys were never allowed to stand and pedal. They always used the bike in a seated position. The small pin that keeps the pedal in place would not hold it in place anymore. I expected more from this considering the price of this item and the reputation of Little Tikes.

My two boys (3 & 6 years old) adore this cycle! They can't wait to get home to jump on and ride it alongside me while I am working out. They love the trainer videos which are so entertaining. And I love that it gets their afternoon energy out and keeps them active! So fun and easy to use.

I've had the same issue as a number of other reviewers. On the 4th or 5th use, a pedal (left) snapped off with the pot metal peg that comes from the gray plastic crank. Everything else worked/works fine, and my 4 yo likes it. I have faith that little tikes will fix it, and if/when that happens, I'll gladly change my review!

Easy to assemble, quality materials. The blue tooth is only for the sound which is already available on your phone or table and cheaper than batteries. I hopped the Bluetooth would be connected to the pedals with an app to make it more interactive. My grandson loves it so far...

I was so happy I found this! My boys love to copy anything that I do, so this is the perfect addition to our home gym! I love that its adjustable for any tablet size and there are engaging riding videos! Encouraging physically fitness is always a win, and this will be great for winter when it's cold and rainy.

The c clip that is installed prior to assembly came off, causing the pedal to fall and my child nearly to be fall off. I snapped it back on and it came off again within 5 minutes. Much lower on the priority list, but the tablet holder doesn't work with protective cases for kids and feels too loose to trust without a case. My kid does really like it, but I can't let him ride it until I know the pedal will stay on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my 5 & 7 year old boys love this bike! They have such a blast exercising. It is great to see them have so much fun while exercising. We have used the YouTube videos provided by Little Tikes that go along with this bike and it's a hit at our house. They love racing along with the video. It also has Bluetooth connection so they can listen to music while on it. It is easy to set up the Bluetooth. I do wish the speakers were a little bit louder because if I'm using the adult exercise machines; my boys can't hear it over my exercise machine. There is also a stand that holds their tablet up and seems pretty sturdy. Their tablets stay in place while in it. My boys can watch YouTube/TV show on their tablet while exercising. For the most part it was easy to put together. The only difficulty I can across was snapping the base covers on. It took me a while but I eventually go them the base covers on. This is a perfect exercise bikes for kids.
