For my first few day heavy bleeders this one is for you. I love always and it’s the only pad brand that I use they get pricey but are honestly the best option for your hooha to breath and still blesses out. I use these pads on my first few days that I know I am most heaviest and will clot. Other brand I would bleed through or occasionally ruin and stain my pants or bed sheets. There are occasional bleeding through a if I move around too much and the blood seeps through. But this product is a game changer.

Ok, so I see what other reviewers are saying.... First off, I didn't find them "noisy" like someone else did, I found them quiet and comfortable for the most part. The wings need help, they're kinda long and odd shaped so I found them trying to unstick from the underwear and trying to stick to my skin which kinda sucked. The pad itself is extremely narrow in general, the front being the worst. The width of the pad itself doesn't even cover the whole bottom of the underwear unless it has the wings. As for absorbency, fine for a normal flow, but those of us that suddenly have a large flood of a flow it does not absorb fast enough to compensate for that. You have to stay extremely still and pray it's centered and it always pours over the edges onto the wings since the pad is so narrow. The overnight pad in the flex foam is equivalent to the long ultra thin regular pad from what I've found. They are very comfortable while wearing, but NOT for heavy flow days or overnight. The pad does have weird splits in it which I think is just to allow for movement since it's "foam" and wouldn't be so flexible without the slits. Fix the weird wings, widen the pad to cover the entire bottom of the underwear, make the front wider like the back, and find a way for faster absorbency on a heavy flow. Great concept but needs work, I can definitely see how some people are suffering with these, they are for lighter flows regardless of what the box says. Bare in mind these are practically weightless, so 10x it's weight in absorbency isn't as much as we would have hoped.

These pads are so much better than the ones I grew up with. They are thin but super absorbent, and they don’t look and feel like diapers. They are extra long so I can wear them overnight and not have to worry about leaking. I would prefer knowing these are made from 100% cotton, but they do still work better than any other pads I’ve tried. I’m still looking into trying all reusable menstrual products, but I’ll continue to use these until I have enough for my whole period.

The infinity pad is more absorbent but it is certainly not worth so much extra money. The overnight should technically be a great pad but due to such a narrow front; it allows for the most possible accidents. I will simply switch back to the normal thin pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are super absorbant. Gives extra support on your heaviest of days. Long so they have extra protection. Don't have to worry about leaking over. Also don't have to worry about changing a pad every hour to worry about leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst part of wearing pads is feeling like you are wearing a diaper, especially overnight pads where they have a hard time staying in place. These pads are completely different! The adhesive is high quality on both the pad itself and the wings. There is little to no movement while it is in place. The length of the pad is pretty standard for overnight pads. This pad feels very thin, but absorbancy does not lack. The best part of this pad though, is the flexibility. When I am sleeping, I am often restless, and this pad did not fail me. It was not bulky and uncomfortable, but helped me to get a good night sleep without the worry of leakage.

I have endometriosis so I have to always use a pad as backup, these let me comfortably sleep through the night without worrying about leaks. They’re always in my bathroom and it would take a lot for me to change. I love these. They’re comfortable without being bulky.

I have PCOS. By choice, I do not medicate. With that comes unpredictable periods. Since I started using Always Infinity #4 I have not had one accident!! I no longer am running to the restroom every hour. I no longer worry when away from home that I will have an “accident”. Always Infinity has greatly improved my quality of life. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
