We had the manpower. Everyone watched the 'helpful hints' videos on line. We had all of the cedar components built in a couple of hours. No issues. Until we started to installing the aluminum roof panels. Dead stop. It took us 4 hours to peel the plastic film off. A ridiculous amount of time. Yardistry will respond that the plastic film is there to protect the panels. My response: Find a better way. The ridge caps, roof ridge track sections and roof trim sections all peeled easily. The panels, not so much. It was like a kind of torture! Lol. Also, look for parts inside the main posts, they're hollow and we had some inventory hidden in there. A solid product, well packaged, well designed. Could have done without the plastic film drama.

Sadly I am unable to give a better review. The product itself is nice, however ours was missing a few pieces. We did not find out until a year and half after purchase since we didn't have it installed until then. When I reached out to the company directly I was told that this was a warranty issue and it was subject to the 1 year limitation. I offered to provide evidence that we just unboxed last week ( paid a professional to come assemble) but they just stuck to the one year warranty stance. So if you purchase, make sure and unbox and do an inventory so you find out if you are missing parts. I am waiting on a quote to see how much I have to pay in addition to the purchase and assembly to resolve.

We bought this a few weeks ago and are very happy with the outcome. It looks great in our backyard and we are looking forward to enjoy it in the weeks and years to come. Watching videos were key in the assembling process. Although there was a damaged part in one of the boxes, customer service was very helpful and quick in sending a replacement.

The directions for the most part are easy to read and the assembly is fairly easy to put together. Why I give this a 3 star is because the roofing panels, all the side strips, well anything that is aluminum has a sticky plastic film on them. The assembly took 2 people about 8 hours until we got to pulling the sticky film off. That so far has taken us 6 hours.. My fingers hurt, I am cut up, elbows are raw from leaning on this roofing panel all day and how bad is this for the environment. If I had known that this film was on the aluminum panels I may have gotten the client to go with another company.

I bought two of these gazebos because I love the way they look. However, within the first 4 months parts started to crack and split and the issue was growing. I emailed Yardistry and they replaced several of the pieces under their warranty. They were a bit of a pain to replace but it worked out in the end, and Yardistry was pleasant to deal with. I live in Southern California which is typically hot and dry but that year was atypically very wet and we went through several cycles of wet and then hot. I'm sure this didn't help the product even though the parts were treated. In the end, I would buy them again. As a side note, several of the pieces came warped, don't tighten the bolts until you have a lot of the product already together or it can be difficult to assemble.

I have a large yard with a pool and gorgeous mountain views! This Gazebo makes it look even more impressive. Everyone that has seen it loves it! Very good quality with all the parts were there to put it together! It is a very time consuming project. I'm sure we could do a second one in half the time but don't think your'e going to get it done in one weekend. Luckily I spent 1/2 a day before help arrived just unpacking it and getting all the plastic off the roof pieces.

Description: the description and online photos are 100% accurate. As described, the structure is super solid and pre-drilled holes are spot on. Price: excellent price considering the quality of the product. Packing: it comes in 4 boxes strapped to one 4x8 pallet. The pieces are well packed and easy to inventory. The only annoying thing was peeling all the plastic wrapping off the metal pieces (overkill). Assembly: it went very smoothly. I needed 2 additional people to get the initial steps completed to get the structure established. Then I didn’t need help until putting the roof sections into place. It took just over 1 day (14 hours) to assemble the structure. I lost a lot of time peeling the plastic wrap off the metal pieces. Of note: Keep in mind this is an outdoor structure, so the corners and long boards connect with small gaps and moderately flush. Regardless, the structure is super solid and rain doesn’t not penetrate the roof AT ALL...dry everywhere underneath during a rain storm. Assembly: it

We bought this gazebo so that we could add some shade to our deck, and also enjoy sitting outside in the rain. The gazebo is very sturdy and well constructed. I was particularly impressed with the precision; all of the cuts and predrilled holes were bang-on. Everything fit together well! I did the majority of the assembly myself, but there are places where they say you need four people, and you really do need all four people to complete some of the steps. And three step ladders. But follow the instructions and watch the video, and it will go smoothly.

A nice outdoor space! I purchased in spring of 2021 and enjoyed it up until we purchased our now home in early 2023. I enjoyed it lol so much I do plan to purchase again for our current outdoor space. I know the current owners are enjoying it. It also fit our bulky patio furniture perfectly. Being in the North with all 4 seasons the color held up nicely. Excellent purchase!

Did all the work myself except for putting the roof panels up, where I just had a few neighbors help get them in place. I added my own back wall with louvers and getting ready to put an outdoor kitchen inside. It was perfect for my pool and backyard!
