The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. It's not a snow tire but did an admirable job in a couple inches of new snow with hard ice underneath. Acceleration and braking were smooth without much slippage. Climbed a pretty good incline getting into my neighborhood. All without chains!! I'm pretty impressed. Rides smooth and quiet on dry pavement as well. I have about 10k on them so far.

This is my 2nd set Of Firestone Destinations. I drive mainly local and highway. But they handle and ride great. I've had them in snow,mud and light off road fun. I get every mile outta these tires they say. 70 thousand plus. And I probably could of got more. But I don't push when it comes to safety in my truck.

My previous tires were destination. July 31st 2023 purchased a set of destination tires, but a week later found out they were 14 months old. I thought I was getting NEW tires. Firestone no longer makes this model tire. Firestone employee did not tell me the tires were going to be this old. I have been Firestone customer for 10 years,I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

I have driven the 8 hour trip from Ohio to South Carolina countless times and these tires are quite and smooth. I have had excellent control at high speeds through deep puddles (they aren't prone to hydroplaning), I have driven on muddy gravel hunting roads in the mountains of North Carolina and never had traction issues, I have gotten through up to a foot of snow with no issues, and never gotten stuck as long as I have had them. Overall I think they are a great tire if you want to have street tires that can get you through some occasional off road use. The only reason I rate the traction with four stars is because they aren't an all terrain tire and occasionally they slip on wet pavement in you try to accelerate quickly from a stop.

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE 1.5 YEARS AGO AND THE MASTERCRAFT LSR TIRES ON IT WERE JUST NOT COMFORTABLE TO DRIVE ON. I PAID MORE THAN I FELT WAS APPROPRIATE FOR 4 NEW FIRESTONE DESTINATION LE3 TIRES, BUT THE IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE IN HOW THE VEHICLE FELT, SOUNDED, AND HANDLED, QUICKLY OFFSET THE FEELING OF THE HIGH COST. I WOULD DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. THESE TIRES ARE WELL WORTH IT.

I purchased my 2004 Chevy Avalanche 8 years ago used. The previous owner had installed Firestone Destinations on the truck a year prior to selling it. The vehicle sits outside so I fully expected the tires to rot off the rims with loads of tread left because I don't really drive it that hard. To my amazement the tires were still would have just passed state inspection. The only reasons I replaced them is they were a little hard being 9 years old and my mechanic was concerned the traction in the snow would be sketchy. Awesome tires. Very pleased.

These tires have outstanding wet traction. (Not sure why that's not an option under "attributes.") Additionally, I use them in light off-roading on my AWD Highlander and the tires work fine. I am a repeat user of these tires, and have had them on both my SUV and a 4x4 truck. They have a quiet ride, good mileage, and are reasonably priced. The only drawback is the mileage, I got about 60k, not the 70k as rated, and my use is probably pretty typical maybe 40% city and 60% highway.

I have 235,000 miles on my Chevy Silverado. I've run nothing but the Firestone Destination LE's The Tires has many great attributes. They are extremely quiet for a light truck tire. Even though the tread design does not look aggressive, does very well in snow and ice. They wear evenly across the tread no I usually wear patterns. If There is is a negative it's the tread life. On average I get between 40 and 45,000 miles on a set. Overall a great tire

Got a set of 4 of these tires about 2 months ago. Immediately felt a very improved ride, tire noise reduction and handling of my Sorento. I never realized how much a great tire could make in the performance of a vehicle. It's a pleasure to drive my car again. Very little to no tire noise inside the car. Holds the road perfectly and feels like I am driving on a cloud. Great handling in inclement weather too. These tires are worth every penny and the 70K warranty is a plus.
