This is a great blonde miso with a sweeter and lighter taste than the red miso. We use this a lot, even in something as simple as mixing a big spoonful into a mug of hot water for a tasty, warming drink. Or a fast bowl of soup just add sliced scallions, cilantro, sliced hard-boiled egg. Doesn’t need to cook more than enough time to heat Miso up, but make sure you pre-cook any veggies or meat, except the cilantro and scallions, or Thai Basil (if you're using it); Anyway...just add those at the last 30 seconds to a minute. Don't overcook. An easy pick-up breakfast, or meal anytime of day or night. Enjoy!
