Nice and good amount of creaminess. We aren’t a fan of dry cottage cheese. Stays fresh for quite some time. I like the size of the container.

Great flavor and texture

This product is a little different than previous tubs I've bought. There was a thick creamy layer on top that I decided to stir in. Sorry I did that as it made the textured different in a less pleasant way. Previous tubs were drier and more curd-like. This is more "cream" than curds. It's hard to describe the change. I'll buy it again but will discard most of the top layer if it's there again.
