How about milk, cream and salt. Why does it need gums and preservatives? Daisy has 3 ingredients. No gums, no sorbates and no preservatives. And it tastes great.

This is my go-to cottage cheese and a great $ deal. Sometimes a couple tablespoons for a snack or with fruit for a meal. The only drawback is occasionally a tub has way too much cream, but most of the time very "curdy".

Great for snacking between meals. I like to scoop it out with a Ritz cracker and squirt franks hot sauce on them

I don't like the texture or the taste of kemp cottage cheese. I will make sure next order I let them know no substitute.

This is our favorite cottage cheese. Taste, texture, quantity, and price is all perfect to our family. We go through 3 a month.

Good price on this size container. better than purchasing smaller containers from the local grocery store.
