Exactly what we wanted. We recently built a new deck and decided to add stair lighting as a safety measure. These solar lights fit the bill with the perfect amount of light to allow us to safely use the stairs at night without turning on our outdoor flood light. I wasn’t sure about these after reading some reviews but I was extremely happy once they were installed. I’m thinking of buying a few more for other areas outdoors. So easy to install. I love them!

We just installed these solar lights on our deck it was easy to install first day it did rain so it did charge right waay but next day evening time it was all lightened we are happy will buy more to the rest of the deck

These are great, we out them in our Garage which is not enclosed, so now without turning the light on we have light to drive into. I love these Lights, recommend them highly. They would make a great addition to any home.

These lights are pretty cool. They are solar powered and don't have to be used on a deck only. We use them at our front porch. Easy to install and they also have a battery backup. Low profile and compact makes them discreet.

These are solar-powered deck lights utilized to illuminate a stair case at night. They came with two screws to affix them to wall, but were instead held perfectly by gorilla tape as I wanted to try them before permanently mounting them. They are sized big enough to provide adequate illumination but not too large to be invasive on the walkway. They do require full access to sun to recharge so they were not effective on the screened-in porch. The ones placed in direct sunlight worked wonderfully!

I put these on my deck. At first they both were bright but when I went out to take a picture to show how pretty they were one of them was not as brite as the other. Ill try replacing batteries tomorrow hopefully that will fix it. I really do like them when they work.

I was excited to recieve these downcast deck rail lights not to use on a deck but to light up the entrence to the garden and chicken coop. The lights are easy to install but it would have been easier if I had read the directions. The light and solar portion separate from the base which allows access to the screw holes. This would have allowed easier hanging. Due to the solar feature, I did not need to run electricity to any of the locations. The Warm White 3000K light does provide enough light depending on the location height. If placed within around 3 feet from the ground, the light is ample without being overbearing. I had selected a height of anywhere from 5 to 8 feet off the ground which allows enough light to see what you are doing. Since I didn't want any bright light to affect the chickens at night, these were perfect. Another consideration might be the direction the lights must face to receive enough sun to recharge the batteries. I currently have them facing north, east, and west. Due to the solar panel angle, someone may try facing the light to the north to see if they recieve enough light for battery recharge. I'm confident the direction I currently have them facing will be sufficent for better recharge. Overall, I'm happy with the lights for the intended use around the garden enterence and chicken coop.

These lights were easy to install and aesthetically look nice because they are smaller but give enough light to create a nice ambiance. If you are looking for something with a lot of light then you might need to get something larger. These are perfect for lighting a path.

Nice lights for the inexpensive price . Not very bright though. If they were brighter I would have given the 5 stars.

I requested and tried these lights around my pool area. I like them and they light up the area. I wish I had more. I would like to install thwm going down the deck stairs to the pool. Time will tell how long they last. As of now they work great.
