Where as the app was not as intuitive as my Fitbit was (I used Fitbit for roughly 10 years), now that I have had this tracker for a few months I would highly recommend it. I chose this one to mainly track walks, rucks, and workouts (maybe running if I get that far) and I would say that so far one of my favorite features is the stress detector and the body battery to help track energy and personal stressors. I also really like that it is NOT a touch screen! I actually appreciate the buttons to move through the options and data. Now that I'm used to how the app is set up, I would say that I like it a lot better than my previous Fitbit trackers and the Fitbit app.

After more than 10 years with the 630, it finally stopped working. What a shame! It was my great companion. It had everything I wanted plus way more features that I did not need nor use. I bought the 55 out of necessity so I was surprised it was not touchscreen. I am still getting used to the buttons. We shall see.

The old version was touch screen and this one is not. More difficult to use.

you need an Iphone to use I watch is mot autonomous.
