Day one I usually use a light tampon or two, day two I pretty much use up all of the super ones and day three and on I use the regulars. It’s so nice to just be able to buy one box and be done. It was very easy to open it, apply, and replace the empty vessel back onto the package. There was no leaks with the super and super plus. I had a small leak or two with the regulars, but I may have tried to use it too soon with a heavier flow. Will be adding these to my rotation.
