This is so easy to navigate. I love that you can share your personalized link so others can add pics too. Its definitely a step up from other digital frames. Highly recommended

If you like seeing a black picture of error messages, then this frame might work for you. The wireless chip they used must be the cheapest one on the market. It can never connect to your wifi unless it is less than 10 feet from your router or modem. Even then it may be spotty. Tried the netgear Orbi router and Xfinity Gateway and it can not maintain a connection. Most of the time it can't even find the signals while on my phone I'm getting strong signals. Then this frame says it can not use 5ghz signals. Some dual band routers do not separate the 5ghz and 2.4 ghz network names. Although their website says it can work with dual band routers, I had to disable 5ghz for it to connect. So in summary, if you want to give up 5ghz fast wifi and have it placed next to the router, it might work for you. For most people, I wouldn't recommend it.

Great quality. Very sharp images. Clean-line look. Easy to load pictures. We have been enjoying it very much.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom's 69th birthday. I stalked her facebook page and took all of her pictures as well as some of her friend's pictures and downloaded them on to the frame. My mom cried when I plugged it in and she saw all of the pictures. It was so easy to set up and I didn't even have to open the box to download the pictures, so she still unwrapped a sealed box. She has learned how to use the app and has been adding photos from her phone. I am tempted to by one for myself now!

The frame was so easy to add photos as a gift without opening the box....that was thoughtful. I haven't setup my own yet but the person I gifted it to mentioned it was very easy to setup. Adding the images were super easy and the ability to invite friends and relatives to add their own photos was awesome.

I gave this as a gift and loved it so much I have purchased 2 more! Best gift idea ever.
