I received the Pilot G2 (1.0 mm) Bold 2 pack in blue ink for my independent and honest review. I am always seeking a good pen, and when I find it, I guard it with my life to not let it leave my sight. I found that in these pens! I love the smooth writing abilities of these pens. However, the ink takes a bit to dry completely, so you have a high probability of smudging if your hand swipes across what you've written before it dries. However, if you are patient and want a bright and impressionable written document, I do suggest these pens. It feels good in your hand. It glides smoothly, and the blue ink writes bright and bold when it's dry. Because of waiting for ink to dry, I gave a slight knock in rating.

It is an absolute pleasure writing with the bold version of these pens. My pen just glides over the paper, and it never skips until it is about to run out of ink. I highly recommend these. I've gotten so spoiled with using them for so long that I won't write with anything else. My only regrets are that I wish they were less expensive and I would be thrilled if they offered the bold version in more colors. I would buy every color they offered!

If you're in the market for a reliable writing instrument, you can't go wrong with this one.

Her grip isn’t very strong and with other pens she has to press hard on the paper to get the ink to flow. This Pilot G-2 gel pen flows effortlessly with hardly any pressure. There is a rubber grip that is a little larger than other pens which makes it easier for her to hold. Her signature is now legible and not cramped and she is so pleased. I am, too. This is a great pen for anybody but especially for her. Thank you, Pilot!

The ink does not smear which is very important and holding the pen is super comfortable. Package is simple and the value is great for the quality of the product. They’re a lesser expensive pin than some of the newer ones on the market today and they come in a two pack and I believe I’ve seen them in a larger quantity as well in the store.
