I slice this thinly, put it on good crackers with Hickory Farms mustard and great cheese. Really good! We now prefer this to the beef stick from Hickory Farms. My mom and sister from Colorado bought this and took it home with them.

One of the best tasting summer sausage I have had that didn't come from a butcher! Has a light smoked flavor that made it better than the other packaged store bought summer sausage that I have ever bought.

Pricey, but tasty. It felt very fresh and high quality.
