Great Christmas gift.

I have been watching video reviews of HP when I have been building my HP sets as of late. I disagree with one of the video reviews that did not like the color of this forbidden forest, I love it! Very reminiscent of the first 3 HP movies. I like that you can change the configuration of the forest itself. The inclusion of Buckbeak (even tho he is not an exact adaptation of him, you get the gist of who he is), Thestral along with a Cornish Pixie (I wish there was more than just one of these given the price of this set) Nice touch that there is glow in the dark pieces. i will probably remember something else once I have submitted this review, so LEGO PLEASE NOTE the option to edit reviews for customers, would be greatly appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cute! I love the details in the trees and characters! The spider and wolf were so cute! It looks like it will go well with other Lego sets too. Obviously it isn't for little ones. The packaging was nices and easy to use, each was separated. I love it

The build is fairly simple but the color scheme is new and fresh. I purchased this set to go along with Hagrid's hut and I can't wait to put them together. Hermione comes with a skirt and printed legs so that's already exciting. I do wish the price was a bit less since there aren't that many pieces, thus the reason for the 4 stars. The glow in the dark pieces add to the whimsical esthetic of the forbidden forest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keep in mind this product is mini but it is awesome for any fellow Harry Potter lovers. It comes with two characters (Ron and Hermione) and a few magical creatures and it glows in the dark! I am sad it doesn’t include Harry because his picture is on the box and is a part of the crew as well but hey! This is so dope and will remain on display. The characters have wands and lamps and they can fit on the Hippogryph magical creature. I waited for this product since March and I am so glad it came. My favorite lego set.

I literally just came here to say that this would have been the perfect opportunity to incorporate a unicorn into a Harry Potter Lego set, finally. Instead we get another buckbeak and another baby thestral! I love buckbeak, but already have him and a baby thestral from previous sets. Sigh. Cute little random bat though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really nice and versatile set! I love little creatures that come with it, Buckbeak, baby Thestral, and Pixie are adorable. Spider, mushrooms, and Ron's lantern are glow in the dark, which is a really nice touch. It also has an easter egg- chicken leg that we could see in the movie in the scene of Harry and Luna feeding Thestrals. You can use this set on its own or connect to other lego set's like one I have with Aragog, I think there is also a small polybag that you can connect to it. I recommend this set to all of Harry Potter and Lego fans. If you never got any set before, it's a nice start without spending too much money or need of too much space. If you have other sets, this one makes a great background/ side bulid to make your display a little bit more interesting. And if you are getting it for your kid, I'm sure it's going to love to play with all minifigure and creatures! Quality of pieces, attention to details and packaging is top-notch like in other LEGO products.

Nice little set, I like the glow in dark bricks and I was hoping the set contained a few more pieces than it did. This set can also be used along side 30677 - Draco in the forbidden forest to make it larger. Price point felt a little high compared to ther sets with the same peice count.
