My complaint is that when I received the item it was obvious that it had been sold at least once before it was sold to me. The bos bax crushed and torn and retaped up. When I unboxed the item it was damaged. The side was broken. I used auto body repair to seal the broken side. It was easier to repair than to put it all back in the crushed box and return. In the end the item suited what I wanted it for. I am just unhappy that it was shipped in the condition of the box and it was obvious that it was damaged.

This is a sturdy box once it is assembled. Assembly is sort of a pain in the neck, as far as I am concerned. Instructions are a bit discombobulated for ease of deciphering. The measurements are a bit misleading. They indicate the exterior size rather than the interior size. I purchased this to be a fit for items that actually were smaller than the written measurements on the Sam's description. My chair cushions barely fit into the box once it was assembled. The top will not close tightly due to the cushions being airy. Even after putting a padlock on the top, it doesn't fully close. This means we need to put plastic over the contents to prevent moisture blowing into the box.

We were using a storage container that came with the house making it at least 7 years old. It was shot, but we want to be careful when buying products these days. The container is great. It is solid, easy to put together and while not taking up too much space, we now have more than double the previous storage capacity. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

This was easy to assemble and has lots of room to store things. We use it in our garden to store our garden supplies and tools. The lid is spring hinged so it automatically stays open and is easy to close. It makes it so much easier to get everything in and out. This is a well made product and very durable.

Took less than the estimated 30min to assemble with just an electric screwdriver. There was more interior storage space than I was expecting, which allowed me to fit 6 non-inflatable adult pool floats inside with a LOT of room to spare. Definitely recommend if you need some outdoor patio/pool storage.

The parts fit and the machine screws all go in where they should. Much better than previous editions. The pictures could be better in the instructions, but you can figure it out because they all fit and are mostly fool-proof. And trust me, I'm the biggest fool! Seems sturdy enough so far.

Box is bigger than I thought it would be. I can put lots of cushions in it and it appears to be waterproof! Assembly wasn't too bad - my boyfriend did it for me. We watched two you-tube videos and it really helped!! The package was really really heavy! Looks nice on the deck. Don't buy it until toward the end of the season when the price is reduced and is much more affordable - start looking in early August before the stock is depleted.
