Love the Gazebo! Shipping turned out a nightmare. However Member Services work with us to resolve the issues. We finally got all our parts. Got it up and absolutely love it.

Love it. We put it together over a series of days. It took longer than stated, if we were to do it a second time it would be much faster. There were 2 of us, only twice did we need a third set of hands.

Nice Gazebo! Instructions in general were ok. It took my wife and I about 13 hours to put it together. Everything fit together as it should, no issues. I would highly recommend it.

Great product! Requires two people (with 2 ladders) to assemble unless you hire a professional handyman.

Excellent product we love it,nothing beat having dinner outside and the mosquitos can't catch because of the net fantastic.

Better than I thought it would be. The assembly was pretty easy with the help of BILT app. Took at least 5-hours with 3-people. All parts where in good shape and went together fine. Very sturdy and heavy to move when finished. The curtains are nice keeping insects out. For the price and quick assembly very worth it. The box was damaged when delivered but it was the framework that they put around all the parts to protect them. Good packaging. I recommend 👍

Pamphlet instructions were very limited. We used “BILT” app with 3D video instructions and it was so much better. Took 4 people when it came to the first roof structure. Only 1 bolt didn’t tighten down because the inner sleeve it fit into wasn’t welded down so once bolt was in it just kept spinning and never tightened down. That was the only thing that didn’t work as expected so far.

When they delivered the product, they just left it in front of my home and told my son that they could not bring it to the back yard, because they could not put it on grass....that was very strange and I had never heard of anything like that before, but it did get delivered in a timely manner. It was just more of a hassle because then we had to get help to actually have it delivered to the back yard....why did I pay a delivery fee if I could not get it delivered to the area we needed it?

Junk welds on the frame. Returned one and the second was the same. Would not recommend to anyone.

This Gazebo looks great. Arrived on time, easy to put together & its looks just as pictured.
