[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize this has monk fruit extract and oh boy I didn't enjoy the after taste one bit. I have stopped purchasing more and more products with monk fruit or stevia extract these days. Also I know protein is in everything but if you're gonna use whey concentrate which is a by product of the dairy industry then I think the ‘protein' is more of a gimmick than anything. Just go drink some milk or eat some meat if you want more protein.

The flavor is spot on, the mix of granola chunks and nuts and seeds is hearty and nutrient dense and the protein levels are high. This this is the perfect snack for long lasting energy and holding you over until your next meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how good this was. I have a favorite already and I was fairly loyal. While it's still my favorite this one is a close second. This was really flavorful and was delicious with yogurt and even just with milk like a cereal. I love how much protein this has and helps meet those protein goals.

I enjoyed it. I sprinkled about 2 TBSP on about 1/2 c of Daisy original cottage cheese and it was delicious. Really dressed it up. I like it is gluten free, grain free, and keto friendly. A small con… In general , Ethanol can rev havoc on your stomach in high quantities for sure, but a sprinkle of a few TBSP of this per a day currently is not really a concern for me.. The company could have considered a more natural sweetener like honey or doing a combination of the two sweeteners so there's not a lot used of either. Even adding a natural dried fruit to help with the sweetness. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. Now knowing what they used to make it, you can try to make your own version.

At first, I thought I loved it, even ordered another one. Then, I realized all of the contents taste exactly the same. You can't tell if you are eating a pecan, or a seed. All taste the same. Not and unpleasant, but if everything tastes the same, what is the point?

It's great for breakfast or a quickly energy boost during the day. The flavor is finest, and not choose, which which I prefer the texture as a charge and a pair really well with milk or even eaten on its own.
