The mix is a loose material. It has a good balance of cinnamon with the nuts. Its great over vanilla ice cream.

I tried the birthday cake granola flavor and had it like a bowl of cereal with unsweetened almond milk it was so delicious  I missed eating cereal

I'm sensitive to keto products because of the aftertaste of sweetener, but these are phenomenal. I love sprinkling some on my yogurt.

I like the granola but the last 2 bags can not be resealed. For a premium product that should not be happening.

Not a fan. I bought this to use with greek yogurt and fruit but cinnamon flavor is weird and the texture is more chewy than crunchy.

I hour Sam's will keep this in stock all the time. It's by far the BEST and healthiest snack I've bought from them. Love the flavor of this!

Good flavor and texture. My only real complaint is the bag doesn't reseal. If you buy, be sure to have your own means of sealing it for freshness.

I really like all flavors of this granola brand.Eat it in yogurt most of the time. Am not on a keto diet but appreciate the lower carb count
