Love this cole slaw!

Received the evening before it expired on a delivery. The next day it was unusable!

Cabbage was very tough and bitter. Threw it away.

So so price for the money.

So much easier than cutting your own. I add sausage or bacon onions & bell peppers fry , comes out great every time.

This was my first purchase of this item which was picked up curbside. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a good look at it until I got home and was very disappointed. The value is good for the size, however, the majority of the bag consisted mostly of red cabbage and carrots and barely any of the green cabbage. The picture on the site is extremely deceiving. For the dish that I planned on using this coleslaw to make won't appear very appetizing because there is close to no green cabbage present. I plan on going to the store to pick a better bag myself. If they are none as pictured, I plan on returning for a refund.

I've purchased several bags of this. I cook it down as a vegetable to pack with my lunch. It's affordable. It lasts well in the refrigerator if I can't get to it right away. The reason it lasts so well is because it's drenched in preservative. It's all I can smell. When I cook it, the preservative smell doesn't dissipate. Copious amounts of bacon grease, butter, real bacon bits, onion powder, and/or salt fail to give it any flavor. All I can taste is preservative. Guess it's back to tedious slicing of fresh cabbage for my lunch sides. The only reason I'll buy it in the future is to make Egg Roll in a Bowl; the soy sauce and sesame oil in the recipe manage to drown out the preservative taste.

I buy this frequently. This stuff is very hardy and long lasting. My current bag got a little frozen in my fridge. And then I accidentally left it out on the counter all night long. I refrigerated it again and ate it the following day. By then it was two days past the expiration date. It was still perfectly fresh and delicious. Please don't think I'm gross, but I was so impressed that I had to share!

I love this with Marzetti slaw dressing. Ive made my own slaw dressing, but I just keep coming back to Marzetti. Probably biased since I grew up in the city where it was bottled.
