I love this big bag of coleslaw mix. I use it for salads, fried cabbage, beef and cabbage, cabbage soup, and garnish in place of lettuce.

This is a great replacement for a regular salad which wilts pretty quickly. The coleslaw is crunchy, love the carrots in it and lasts a long time. And fills you up quickly. I think this is a keeper and good for the digestive tract.
