The person who handled the packing did not supervised this item. It had a punch on the bottom (knife like). Just want to reinforce that workers must be more responsible when handling merchandise.

I GOT THE KILM POWDER JUST A MONTH AGO THE EXPERATION IS IN TWO MONTHS IT HAD AN UNUSUAL TASTE, I WANTED A REPLACEMENT I NEEDED IT FOR MY COFFEE INSTEAD I GOT A REFUND. I EXPRESSED I DID NOT WANT THE REFOND I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT THE REFUND TAKES TO LONG SO I GOING WITH OUT COFFEE FOR A WHILE AS I WAIT FOR THE REFUND.

i had to throw the milk because it was not good. i highly believe it was expired.
