I first tried another brand that required securing tabs on the sides, but they were very bulky and hard to fit. I switched to this style of undergarment which fits snugly and provides great protection. The price point of Member's Mark is very good. All in all a very good product at a good price.

Lots of coughing that put stress on my bladder trying to hold back urine for each coughing fit I endured resulting in many minor releases of urine. This style of underwear worked for me as it fit tight but not too tight and did a good job of absorbing the urine. The elastic band around my waist worked well as I have no hips to help hold them up and did not have any sagging. They worked for me.
