Use these daily on my special needs son. They recently changed packaging and supposedly updated the product. Old product fit better all the way around. Now the same size items waist elastic is smaller/tighter and the leg holes are bigger which gap and leak. They definitely serve its purpose but I go through so many clothing changes as it comes out his leg holes certain ways he is positioned.

They serve the purpose, but that's about it. The glue used in the manufacturing of these was not applied well. I have to peel the right leg opening apart on each pair to get them on. It's where they misapplied the glue that holds the absorbent pad on.

The fit has changed. I previously purchased these in S/M for my 81 year old husband for years. He now needs L/XL, those barely fit and do leak, especially at night. He hasn't gained weight! He has dementia and now limited mobility due a stroke. This "newly designed" underwear runs smaller. He also can't read the size printed inside in the gray, telling front from the back. I will have to switch to more expensive brand.

This disposable underwear does it’s intended purpose for my husband. They are not too bulky. They could fit a little higher to the waist but not a deal breaker. He wears the S-M. These are more like mid rise on him (weighs about 180). The L-Xl are too big for him. They are priced well.

This product supplies peace of mind from a reasonably priced high quality product. Dealing with this topic isn't easy, and it's frustrating. Member's Mark once again delivers excellent results. The rate of absorption is unbeatable, and you stay dry until you change into another pair.

The men's incontinence underwear is fine for my husband, but I DO NOT understand why the actual Sam's Club warehouse on W. University in Denton, TX does not stock them on the shelf. There are MANY boxes of Women's incontinence underwear IN ALL SIZES, but NONE for men - not in any size. I don't like having to order them over the internet.

Please do NOT purchase these. I did for my father to save money and it was a huge mistake. He was sent to hospital with severe diaper rash after wearing about 5 of this brand. Which this was weird to me since his diaper was always changed frequently. I then gave the rest to another man since there were close to a full box left. He said the same thing plus he had a raw rash on his stomach too. Not sure where these are made, the materials used, or if someone deliberately added something to them that was toxic??? Just please protect your loved one and take my advice, pay a bit more for the tried and true name brand.

These briefs are far superior to those of the leading name brand. They are more fabric-like, much softer and don't "crinkle" when you walk. I was pleasantly surprised that the odor control is so much better as well. With the name brand, you could smell when it was time to change, but not so with this one. And, of course, they are so much more economical.

I rated a three due to the fact that XL is to small. If the package reads L/XL this will not fit someone who wears XL. I purchased XL other brands and they fit perfectly for my father. Other than them not fitting this is a great product no leakage. I also purchased XXL for my father but they were too big. I wish they would offer XL.

Have used product for past 3 yrs. I usually order 2 to 3 box's each time. However the product Quality has declined over past 6 months. One side closure is not holding under moderate pressure with partial seam opening , I am now having to reinforce it with tape. The absorbent pad is no longer centered causing side leg leakage. Hopefully the company will rectify these problems and again have a five star product.
