First time use. Holes all over the canopy.

Thank you for your feedback. We apply an aluminum backing that provides 99% UV protection. The aluminum backing when applied is sprayed on and therefore, looks like there are holes in the top.We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. DISAPPOINTED

bought in May , started using in July disappointed with this product to say the least. faded badly and can see light peeking through . will not last much longer

straight to the trash! this is garbage!

made the purchase, tried to set up twice and in florida it ends in alot of sweating and cussing, had help and can say this is now going straight to the trash can. not will you ever set it up alone but with two grown men that are technician savvy.. completely regret the purchase and will look for el cheapo tents that are straight forward and i highly recommend to stay away from this -

If your canopy is under a year old, it will be covered by the warranty. Please contact Member Support at (888) 301-0332, and they will assist you with obtaining a new cover.

flimsy

I used this tent ONE time and it broke at one of the hinges. I wouldn't waste your money on this product!
