Here's the scoop, literally. Make a dip with this great cheese and chopped spinach. You'll need to heat the cheese, then add the fresh spinach and simmer for a bit. Next, find intact Scoops. In the bottom, put just a half teaspoon of Fritos bean dip. Next, a half teaspoon of Tostitos mild salsa. Then just enough of the Fresco / spinach dip to top it off. Preheat the oven / toaster oven to 375*. Bake for about 15 minutes. Enjoy! We did. Not into spicy? Fill yours with just the Fresco Spinach dip.

Tasty queso fresco. Excellent for enchiladas, tacos, nachos and burritos. It tastes very good. I also like to eat a good piece accompanied by a cup of coffee.

The flavor is not 100% Mexican but it is close. I recommend it if you like white cheeses or if you cannot eat fatty cheeses. It doesn’t mealt but it tastes very good.

In the beginning I only purchased for my husband to eat along with his meals or as a snack. I have recently begun using it in many of my recipes. Great texture, flavor and a variety of uses.

This queso fresco is perfect for crumbling and snacking on. Good on tacos, black bean soup and salads!
