I am pleased with the clear definition and the ability to change the picture, sound and hearing. It is easy to navigate to the apps etc. The TV was a 42" to replace my 32" and I am glad I made the decision to change to a slightly larger model for my small apartment.

Two man job to hang on wall, especially with the sound bar attached, making it more heavier. Easy to set up, great picture quality, comes with some apps installed, had a problem going to app store at first, couldn't down load but got there in the end, also the hands free Alexa control is a bit random, sometimes it works, sometimes no dice, could be I'm doing something wrong But hey very pleased for discount price and a top of the range sound bar and woofer thrown in.

Great tv for the price, but problems with connectivity to bluetooth using my momentum 4 headphones and also a slight red tinge on the bottom left of the panel, overall I find the image to have a cyan/green shift. But very sharp, great depth to the image overall, even the rf standard definition channels show a significant improvement, coming from an lg c7.

I recently purchased the LG C4 65-inch OLED, and I have to say, the image quality is second to none. The size is perfect, and the thinness of the panel makes it look sleek and premium. Everything about the design and display is top-notch. I was lucky to get it with a free soundbar offer, which was a great bonus. While the soundbar itself delivers fantastic audio, I ended up placing it behind the TV on a shelf because the provided bracket makes it stick out a bit too much for my liking. Now, onto the downsides—my only real complaint is WebOS. It's not the most intuitive to work with, and navigation can be a bit frustrating at times. Also, Alexa and LG's voice activation have very limited functionality, and more often than not, they simply don't work as expected. That being said, I'm really happy with the purchase, and I'm hoping for a headache-free experience for the next 4–5 years. LG has done an amazing job with the panel and sound, and despite the minor software issues, it's a fantastic TV overall! Would I recommend it? Absolutely—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with WebOS.

This LG television has outstanding picture quality and sound output that can be hooked up to surround sound speakers. However, I found the remote control (s) confusing to use especially when trying to select a source i.e. TV Box Pro for instance. I am elderly and I bought this set because it has a Bluetooth facility which I wanted to hook up to my hearing aids but it would not detect them nor my Bluetooth headphones.

65" Oled evo - Out of the box settings, picture are way off !!! Very disappointed at first, paying all that money and the picture on my old TV was better. But, after a lot of searching on Youtube, I have managed to get a perfect picture on standard Sky transmission. On day 4, picture is perfect, i do feel that daily TV updates has helped this.

Awesome quite easy to set up the wheel can be a little tricky but will get used to it. The only thing that is annoying is if I'm watching cable the tv says it will switch off, I thought I'd solved it by going into settings but obviously not yet the picture quality is quite spectacular as is the sound

UNBOXING AND FIRST IMPRESSIONS The unboxing experience was positive, it comes in an easily removed box/packaging and can be done by one person, although it would be easier with two. Once out the box, my first impression was Wow! The top 2 thirds of the screen are impossibly thin, and even on the lower third, where all the electronics and connections are, it doesn't get that much thicker. Most of the connections are on the left-hand edge, with the power cable coming out on the right. PICTURE QUALITY This was amazing! Being OLED, the blacks are inky black, but what amazed me was how bright it gets. I had heard OLEDs don't get very bright, but I was blown away. While watching a 4k Blu-ray of Star Trek, the ships details were bright and clear, while the surrounding space was ultra dark. After a bit of fiddling, I got the skin tone to be as accurate as looking at someone face-to-face. I had to turn off most of the AI and Auto functions, as they made everything too vivid and over-saturated for my eyes, but once setup, I was so happy. Motion is dealt with very too, with no blurring that I could see, so sports look great. I have heard the screen is really good for PC and console gaming, but I haven't tried that. SOUND This was probably the weakest aspect of the TV. For an LCD/OLED, it was actually impressive at first, but there's not much bass, although the sound is nicely balanced. No amount of fiddling would let it sound anywhere near the quality of my fairly low-end Sony soundbar though, so I won't be using the in-built speakers SMART FEATURES This was another aspect that really impressed me. The WebOS platform is quite mature now and the interface is quick and easy to use, with all the apps I need available. The remote, while fairly plasticky, is a joy to use, with the gyro 'mouse' making navigating to apps much quicker than just scrolling left and right. I have noticed no slow-down with the interface yet. In fact, I will probably be retiring my nVidia Shield and just using the TV from now on, which I was not expecting. All-in-all, this is by far the best TV I have ever used, and I would recommenbd it to anyone.

This is a fantastic OLED TV. The quality of the panel is sublime. Out of the box the unit I felt did need configuring to get the setup right. There are videos on line to get the setup right. Built in speakers are good however a soundbar really does lift the bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only let down by the gloss finish on the screen, it gets a lot of reflection. But setting up and navigating around to tv I would give that 5 stars. In the store that had no windows didn't show any reflection, then I probably wouldn't have bought it, but picture quality is excellent.
