I bought these cards as Christmas gifts and when they went to use card for lunch it said no balance on card

Cards had a zero balance.

Like the previous reviewer, my gift cards all show a zero balance. I contacted Sam's Club numerous times, but all they do is tell me that they show the cards are 'active' and there are no returns or exchanges. Finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Disappointing, to say the least. Especially because these were given as a gift.

These cards have zero balance on them and cannot be used. When I took them back to Sam's, they seemed aware of an issue. They did refund my money, however.

The cards have zero balance. Spent an hour trying to get refund from Sam's Club. Sam's Club should stop selling these cards ASAP.

I would give this zero stars. Don’t buy these cards. Get it together Sam’s! Read the reviews and take some action.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased these!! The card numbers come back as invalid. I purchased these as gifts, and the recipients' received messages that the gift cards were invalid. I didn't find out until after the store was closed today, and tried to do a click to chat, but resolution is pending someone following up with me. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GIFT CARDS FROM SAMS, THEY DO NOT WORK!
