The kayaks have been perfect for quarantine life. They ride so nicely on the water. I would recommend different paddles, they are cheap but the kayaks are great. They run wide in the middle and are a solid plastic. The seats are nicely lined and the leg pegs fit different size people. I’m 5’ 10 and 130 and they work perfect for me. In one week of having them I had three other friends so interest in buying them too.

Strong and durable, solid in the water! Have spent many hours down rivers and on lakes and enjoy the ability to fish, drink and row with ease. Not the fastest but great first kayak!

I used my Cruze 100 for the first time, and the kayak was great. The foam seat on the Kayak detached from the material over the foam and when traveling home with the kayak on the roof of my car, the foam totally detached from the kayak and blew away. I contacted Lifetime about buying a new seat. They responded within a day and shipped out a new seat at no cost. The customer service is outstanding!

I have used the heck out of this kayak ever since colvin, I went 22 weeks in a row. lot of river kayaking bouncing off rocks and trees and it performed well. My only complaint is one of the seatbacks flew off while transporting on top of my vehicle. I did a live chat with Lifetime, and quickly and painlessly they are sending me a new seatpad and clips. Great customer service!

Kayaks are comfortable and sturdy, back can get sore from the seat so use extra cushion or life vest to pad it

Great kayak, very spacious and comfortable. Easy to manuver on the water. Love the paddles that came in with the kayak. They are very light and you can foldem.

I am a novice Kayaker and had been looking for kayaks for a few weeks. With the Pandemic, I was having trouble finding any - no body had kayaks in stock, until I saw these on Sam's Club's web site and jumped on them. I am a big guy, just about 300 lbs at 5'11". I was a little concerned that the kayak is only rated for 275 lbs, but I had no trouble with the kayak floating and tracking very well. The 10' size is just perfect. It is easy to maneuver and very easy to paddle. I've used longer kayaks before and they are a little more work. My wife and I took them to the East River at Jekyll Island for our maiden voyage and had no problem paddling the river. Even with the boat traffic on the water, the kayaks handle their wake well, whether we were pointing into the waves or not. I am very happy with these kayaks. I do have to complain about how long it took them to get to me. I ordered them on July 13th. The web site said they would be delivered on July 28th. They were drop shipped by Lifetime to the Freight Company - YRC Freight in Salt Lake City, UT on July 21st. They sat in Salt Lake City until August 6th. I contacted Customer Service around July 30th to see what was going on. The rep told me that the Freight Company was delayed and they said they expected to have them delivered on August 4th. They finally delivered them on August 12th, that's a month after I ordered them. Fortunately, shipping was free, so I guess I got what I paid for :)

Its okay for the price. The edges inside the kayak are pretty sharp plastic. Its not the most comfortable to sit in. My seat back on the fiest trip bent backwards because the plastic is cheap and weak. Will be contacting company about that. Its odd that the compartment on the back is not sealed off from the rest of the kayak. Anything in there will get wet. Easy to get water out after kayaking. Plug is located well and easy to use. These were also fery stable (though not very fluid dynamix). The oars SUCK. They trap water inside them and you can't get it out. You will 100% want to buy different oars.

First of all everyone that I talked to was very nice. The delivery company was great. My old phone of over ten years ago was listed somehow but they made every effort to reach me to include sending emails. I called as soon as I noticed. The delivery went well and everything was wrapped. When I unwrapped the kayaks i noticed 1000s of plastic chips inside both of the kayaks. It looks as if the manufacturer didn't clean up after themselves. Part of the paint job is completely jacked up. Finally, on one of my kayaks the plastic was torn. I am not sure what to make of it. I am very disappoint that I received a product that wasn't cleaned and possibly rushed during the making of it. I am trying to add pictures but it seems that option isn't available. Ill be happy to share.
