[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The express pack was crinkled. Even though the price was lower than individual packages, there is no value in buying express packaged paper. Also, I think the description that Walmart used regarding the express package was not clear enough that the customer would not be receiving individual reams. For $4 more, we should have bought Staples paper that is packaged separately and double the quantity.

First I was not aware that the paper came in one big pile in a carton instead of the individual reams of paper. Then the lid was badly damaged when received, and had to throw away quite a few pages because they were damaged. Packaging was very poor. Quality of paper is ok but I've gotten better for about the same cost. I don't think I'll be purchasing again.

I did not realize that this paper came as one big pile of sheets stacked, unprotected, in a carton. When the order arrived, the carton top was badly ripped and I had to throw out a few sheets (10) that were lying on the top, but it wasn't bad enough to return. The paper is thinner than I am used to, but the brightness is OK. Storage is a problem, because it is harder to find a space for a big carton vs. 5 individual packs of paper or to share with other printers in the house. I use this for personal use, so the quality isn't an issue, but I have purchased better paper at about the same price. States the paper is guaranteed not to jam, but I don't usually have this issue anyway. Don't think I would buy again.

I did not expect the paper to be loose leafed, but that is okay. The box arrived crushed and I could tell that it was shipped that way due to the placement of the shipping label. The paper was a good quality. After examining the paper it appeared that the case was comprised of paper that had previously broken out of its original packaging and repackaged in this box. Many sheets were creased down the middle and they were not the sheets at the top or bottom of the box. Some sheets appeared to at some point been wet. If I were to be using this paper for presentations for work or school I would be extremely unsatisfied. Since I am working from home and submitting my reports via pdf scans this product is sufficient. Had I received a box of paper that was in fact not previously compromised in some way I would have been extremely satisfied.

I ordered this product for my office. It gets the job done.

It was delayed by a week and made a mistake thinking it was 5000 ream. I'll read more carefully later.

paper came in destroyed box and a good majority of paper was not usable in a printer because of damage.

WHEN I TOOK THE TAPE OFF OF CARTON THE BOX HOLDING THE PAPER SPLIT APART AND THEY ALL CAME OUT ALL 2800

This is a box of loose paper. The sheets all thorougout the box were shifted so edges and ends of paper were crumpled. Papers on top and bottom had discolored corners and edges.
