Quality falling

Started buying this regularly earlier this year. I was very satisfied at first. Great sweet snack. However the last few bags have had a lot of kernels and shells in them. Also the popcorn is not as light and fluffy, It is harder like it has been over cooked. You can really see this when the 28 gram bowl doesn't look nearly as full.
