There's lots to love about this car seat with removable cup holders and adjustable headrests, but my two favorite features are the WASHABLE seat pad and lesser-advertised buckle guard. 1) The washable seat pad is amazing because... children. Whether it's baby blowouts or food crumb and mush accumulation from a cross country road trip, the fact that you can safely and easily wash that sucker is a huge bonus! 2) That buckle guard! It's honestly just a small piece of lightly padded fabric attached behind the buckle, but it is a lifesaver. I live in Texas and summers are HOT! And what's the worst part of that? Having to put your poor kid in a roasting hot car seat while doing the don't-touch-the-buckle dance so that it doesn't burn them and simultaneously trying not to pinch those precious baby thighs that are exposed in their cute short shorts. Buckle guard to the rescue! Disaster averted! There's not much to say for drawbacks on this product, but fair warning that it is quite large. It fit well in the back of my compound car and I was impressed my toddler still had leg room, but if you're having to fit three car seats in your back seat or a couple of adults/older kids alongside it, it would be a tight fit. And while the installation and adjustments are easy if you know what you're doing, they're not super intuitive for newbies. I challenged my mom, who has never installed a car seat, to install it and adjust the settings, and even with the instructions (which were a bit confusing) she needed help. We're still rear facing, and I'm beyond excited that this product works well now AND I won't have to buy a new product as babe grows into forward facing and booster territory. We bought this as an upgrade seat when my child started to outgrow her infant carrier. My daughter seems very comfortable in this seat, but that is about the only pro I have for it. It must be installed on the passenger side in order to see the recline level and instructions. The recliner button is in a spot that cannot be reached after it is installed, and my biggest issue, is that the harness straps are impossible to tighten. I have had my husband pull with all his might and we still cannot get the straps to tighten. We cannot afford another car seat so we honestly do the best we can and hope for no accidents at the expense of my child's safety. I could NEVER recommend this seat to another parent. I worry every time we have to go somewhere. Your child's safety will be compromised if you use this seat.

This is the worst car seat we've ever had. I've installed this car seat numerous times in different vehicles. Sometimes I can get it secured and most of the time I can't. I don't have issues with our two other car seats of different brands. This car seat is frustrating to install and isn't as secure as others.

I have 4 of these seats. Two for my Honda Odyssey and 2 for my husband's Chevy dulmax. They are absolutely amazing. I love the fact that it is a one and done car seat. I also love the fact that I can keep the car seats latched in the car while I wash the cover. It's so easy to take off and wash and easy to reinstall all while the car seat stays in the van! The cup holders are harder to take out then I like, but I just while them down with a Cloris wipe and they are clean. I had my premie son in his safety 1st from the day he came home from the hospital weighing at 5lbs and 14 Oz. He was soo tiny and the pillows for infant phase were perfect for him. I have never had an issue with thr straps not tightening on either 4 of my seats. Both my boys are now forward facing but it's easy to adjust the straps and loosen and tighten when needed. I absolutely love this sear and highly recommended it. However it does rattle when the kids are not in the seats, I haven't been able to figure out how to make it stop. But usually my music is loud enough for me to drown it out when they are not in the seat.

Straps are hard to tighten sometimes one side tightens more than the other. I guess one side is getting stuck. Doesn't feel very secure in the car. Takes up so much room since it has to recline so far to be parallel with the road. Straps cut into baby so I had to put the covers back on but the covers fit weird. Has the old style clips for the anchors. I will switch to graco or evenflo like my friends and family use.

We purchased this for our daughter and at the beginning had no issues. About 6 months later the strap to tighten down all the straps gets caught and doesn't want to move past a certain area. Her chest clip doesn't want to latch or stay latched which is a huge concern for me whenever I put her in the car. I contacted customer service and have never heard back. It's been a year since I contacted them and still no response and now I'm worried I won't be able to get a replacement one

My husband and I have been on the lookout for some great car seats and we LOVE the Grow and Go All-In-One Convertible Car seats for our twin boys! They are comfortable, easy to set up, and the boys love them! Love how safe they are and honestly, out of all the car seats we've used in the past, these are by far our favorite! Step

I have bought 2 of these carseats. The first one was for my oldest daughter. We had it about a year and the recline button broke on it. I figured maybe it was just defective or something happened to it, we purchased her a new seat. The second seat we bought was for our youngest. We originaly had it rare facing and set at a recline. Once it was time to forward face and adjust the recline, we had the same issue. The recline button was broken. We are now having to dish out even more money for a new carseat. Both carseats were installed and never taken out of the car or moved into another seat. Never mind the fact that it's a pain to install. Total waste of money.

I just bought this for my 5 month old granddaughter and we both love it. Very easy to install. It is clearly marked where the belts go, came assembled and ready to go 🙌 Between the padding on the straps and the seat itself I feel she is secure and comfortable.

Easy to install and we love the car seat overall. However, we received 2 as part of our registry, one is missing the anchors. I've contacted customer service multiple times about getting them fixed or our seat replaced, and gotten no response. In my opinion, anchors = safety, so I'm not sure why they're ignoring me on this one.
