This bread is excellent. It taste so good I cant believe its low carb

Good but molds quickly. Must keep it refridgerated. (just 2 of us).

Went moldy very quickly. Under a week in a controlled climate

Goes moldy in like 5 minutes. i have bought the double loaf bag 2x and both times they were moldy in 3 days even unopened. Also shrinks when toasted which is unusual
