I heard the pitch in store by the vendor and was impressed enough to try. I have been taking the recommended spoonful every day for the past month or so. I have lupus and arthritis, both cause a good deal of pain and fatigue. Can't say whether this is helping yet, but the times of late in my life have been extremely busy and stressful, and I've been keeping up! In the past I don't know that I could have done it as well. But it's also the most delicious honey I've ever eaten so I sure don't mind taking my "medicine"!
