I suffer from chronic pain and insomnia. Whenever I feel pain and I’m feeling tired but can’t sleep, which is often, I can count on Panadol PM to give a good night’s sleep and some relief from my pain. I don’t like taking my prescribed sleep/pain meds because they can cause me to feel groggy almost for most of the following day.
