Broken seat strap clips are cheap plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a broken clip on one of our Kayaks, I e-mailed them with all the info and a picture of the clip. They responded in less than 24 hours and had the new clip sent out immediately. No charge. Covered by the warranty.
