Had a problem with the paddle after getting caught in a windstorm. The paddle actually bent over. But customer service was excellent and replaced the paddle even though weather issues are not covered. Excellent customer service Jonathan!

Needed a stable kayak for lake fishing. This works well. It is stable, easy to load, and easy to maneuver. When it arrived, a hand strap was frayed and partially torn, but customer support immediately sent a replacement.

I have not put it in the water yet because it is too cold but I love the vibrant colors. I was also surprised at how big and spacious it is! It is super comfortable and I can't wait to use it!
