Vacuum worked fine for 6 months. Then the brush stopped working ,doesn't roll. Can't find a replacement brush on this website or anywhere online to even try and replace it.

We have hardwood floors and rugs in our apartment. We also have one short hair dog. This vacuum requires twice the passes to get a less quality clean than other vacuums. I don't recommend buying.

The vacuum has two small rubber rollers on the bottom. After several months, these become worn, gummy and stuck and won't roll. There is no way to replace them. Hoover needs a better design for these

This would be a great vacuum if the battery lasted more than 20 minutes. Not to mention it takes about an hour (often longer) to charge. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone who is concerned with value for their money.

It won't clean my rugs. It spits out any pet hair. It does good with dirt and anything other than pet fur. I have 3 shedding dogs and 2 shedding cats. I'm highly disappointed in this product. I do love how it stands on its own though.

You could use this product on hardwood floors or tile ! It works great on my hardwood floors ! I would highly recommend this product ! It's my favorite !

Charged up nicely.The wheels rolls smoothly over carpet and large tile floors.Great for stairs.Easy to dump the canister. Easy for my 8 &10 yo to use. Wish the battery pack was attached to wall mount.

It has great power and does a great job picking up the mess, however, the space in the canister is very small so the dirt and debris gets stuck easily causing me to have to stop and empty during cleaning and having to use my hands to unclog the area.

This vacuum is easy to use, it lasts a long time on one charge, and it's powerful. This vacuum is very easy to use. The instructions for how to setup and use this vacuum are very straightforward and easy to understand. The first thing you need to do is charge the battery. Next you need to assemble the vacuum, insert the fully charged battery, and then it's ready to go. This vacuum is very easy to turn on and I like that you can increase or decrease the suction. This vacuum has a light on the front, which I thought was super convenient. Emptying the dust cup is super easy as well. It also comes with a dusting brush crevice tool as well as an upholstery tool. Both tools are easy to use and work well. The maintenance of this vacuum is very straightforward. It has a reusable filter that can be washed, dried, and replaced back into the vacuum. This vacuum functions very well but it is very loud, not necessarily the motor, but the spinning brush is very loud. In addition, on hard floors, it does launch pet food back at me if I pick it up even slightly. It also doesn't pick it all up. I end up with a line of food where the vacuum stops. All in all, this is a very nice vacuum. It's louder than other ones I've tried, but it's way more powerful and the run time is amazing. This vacuum has so many benefits including: ease of use, run time, low maintenance, power, and its light weight. I would absolutely purchase and recommend this vacuum.
