They provide excellent protection, effectively absorbing moisture and preventing leak accidents. They adhere well to your underwear and remain in place for the the moment part, however if you walk a lot, thers might be some shifting and could make it uncomfortable. One notable drawback is their bulkiness, which may require wearing looser fitting pants to make thing more comfortable. While the size would probably fit most people, offering additional size options, particularly for slimmer men, would be beneficial. It does take a bit getting used to them, especially for those who do not frequently use incontinence products. However, once accustomed to them, the benefits outweigh the cons. Overall, these are a reliable choice for those seeking a highly absorbent and secure incontinence solution.

It is comfortable. I do not use it for incontanance. I simple use in my hospital bed because I am non mobile at this time and it protects my underneath when I’m sweating and such. I have notice though that the more I sweat the fibers of the top layer pull apart and under often being stuck in my backside and my vaginal area causing great irritation. Often breaking me out and causing a painful sore on my backside. Other products have their downs also. Not sure what to do about this

For whatever reason, Depends has replaced the excellent men's Guards pad product and replaced it with a new version--now in a grey package--that is less comfortable, less absorbent and unfortunately less "dependable". I'm a little angry. At first I thought it could be my imagination. So I thought to check it out on line--and sure enough-- there's a lot of complaints. There's not much choice in this product area--so I feel kind of stuck. The cynic in me would say the product change is a deliberate attempt to require more frequent pad changes so that unit sales can increase say 30% in about 2 months after product rollout. But why ruin the firm reputation and invite a competing product? The bottom line is: I hate the feel of the new pad. Within three hours I feel like I'm wearing a fat diaper. I encourage others to write in their own thoughts. They say social media like Facebook is the best way to put the heat on. This review here will go nowhere.
