I liked the shape of the male incontinence pad. It had a tapered area for leg comfort. The pad is thin and isn’t bulky or uncomfortable. I received this complimentary product for my honest review and I do recommend using Depend guards for men.

He states that they are very comfortable and easy to use. They fit great in briefs and not advisable to wear in boxers. But if you have an overnight heavy flow accident, it will not work at all. You are better off getting an adult diaper and pads for those scenarios. It's going to be a pass from me.
