I haven’t been able to sleep with any other diapers except these ones they made my night as I fell right asleep knowing that I didn’t have to worry about a mess the next morning. Super comfy, super absorbent, I recommend for anyone who has bladder issues

These didn’t work very well with my boxer briefs. The guard moved around and leaked. My wife bought me a pack of tighty whities to see if they would work better holding the guard in place and they did the trick. So I had to change my underwear style but it’s still better than having to wear a diaper. If you’re having this issue with your guards, try wearing tighty whities over them.

I can now be very confident that if I go out somewhere and a have a little leaking going on that it wont be any issue. The guard is super absorbent and easy to place in my underwear. They are small enough to not impair movement and are a great first step into an unpleasant situation. Getting use to it takes a few practice runs. Relatively comfortable... considering. As they are not a full brief, they are absorbant for little mishaps. They did a great job at odor protection, but again....not a full brief, so I did not use for an extended period of time. All in all would buy again.

It absorbs a lot and lasts a good bit for those of us who leak a bit and don't want to wear full bulky underwear. These fit well and are fairly comfortable. Overall, no complaints.
