I have been incontinent since my prostate was removed 2 years ago. A good day is only going through 3 guards, usually it is 4 to 5 guards. To be honest with you I use the TENA brand because they are shaped like a V and are not as long as the Depends Guards. I think you could make an improvement by not having your guards so long which makes them go back into my groin area and cause irritation. What I just started doing with this new "now more flexible" guards is folding the bottom 3" over so the two sticky sides touch and this is much more comfortable. I also wish you would widen the top portion which would give more protection at the area where leakage occurs and if a male is active like I am you wouldn't have to readjust at times. I hope my honesty helps inspire an improvement. I want to use your product as it is less expensive and more readily available than TENA.

I haven’t been able to sleep with any other diapers except these ones they made my night as I fell right asleep knowing that I didn’t have to worry about a mess the next morning. They are small enough to not impair movement and are a great first step into an unpleasant situation. Getting use to it takes a few practice runs. Relatively comfortable... considering. As they are not a full brief, they are absorbant for little mishaps. They did a great job at odor protection, but again....not a full brief, so I did not use for an extended period of time. All in all would buy again.

Almost a year ago we went on an 18 day trip to the Midwest and Canada and enjoyed every second of the trip. We made rest stops along the way and if I had to change was able to do so in a family rest room. At that time it had only been 6 months since I had the prostate removed by robotic surgery. I know I will have to wear guards or Real Fit underwear. Expect to wear a number of years. I have found these products excellent for my needs. Would highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Depends Guards are thick and durable. The absorb very well even with exercise. They are comfortable to wear and do not chafe. They are larger but still are discreet in work out clothes like sweatpants. Highly recommend.

They absorb small leaks, so you feel dry and confident. They also control odor. For the price, they are a good value for managing light leaks.

This product I have been using for years and suffered through many failures but did not see an alternative. I asked my wife to reorder for me some time back and she mistakenly ordered a different brand. To my surprise these worked much better than depends on keeping it together. The plastic wrap on depends comes apart with leakage greater than a few small drizzles. This results in the inner absorbent material falling out and down into my underwear or pants. I am only still using them because I ordered 104 of them and found if I put them in upside down, the top end holds together better than the bottom end. My next order will NOT be Depends Guards for (nobody).
