[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandfather has been needing adult diapers for a few years now due to semi-incontinence issues,, especially at night. The one issue he consistently complains about are rashes and breathability in his lower areas and that wearing regular pants on top of the diapers gets to tight. This is a great substitute for him and he loves how the sticky back allows him to wear regular underwear and stick the liner inside it. It doesn’t make his pants bulky and he says he definitely feels more comfortable sleeping at night since it doesn’t scrunch up or feel as if it’s there. He hasn’t complained yet about the absorbency or odor compared to his regular adult diapers, so for now this will be a great substitute for him and his comfort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only complaint I have is that the adhesive on the top of the pad does not go the top of the pad. It has a tendency fold over after I use the men's room. Guess what gets stuck in the exposed adhesive?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend guards for men is a superior incontinence product. I poured 10 ounces of water on the pad and not a drop of water leaked from it. I liked the shape of the male incontinence pad. It had a tapered area for leg comfort. The pad is thin and isn’t bulky or uncomfortable. I received this complimentary product for my honest review and I do recommend using Depend guards for men.

Obviously the guard has reduced the amount of material to absorb in the last couple months. Used to work much better but I guess that’s the corporate way by decreasing the amount of product. Only problem is that many of us depend on these for medical issues and reducing the material has a much greater affect than having less cereal in a box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 22 hour plain ride 3 hour car drive these became a life saver for the men on the trip easy to use and fit great, wasn't uncomfortable to wear no oror was a great help and glad to have to try would differently be keeping on hand for those trips that need the help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I can say it's very absorbant, I did a test with water, and it did not leak through, even with a good amount of water, I put them in my underwear and it does feel comfortable, nothing really bothering or poking, and they fit well, I think they are worth it at a good price.

Let me say, I’m impressed by the packaging, and ease of use, these can be put in a pocket or bag and carried throughout the day without any issues. They are very absorbent and I’m happy to say it’s actually fairly comfortable to walk around after wetting yourself in these. It’s always difficult to tell if you’re smelly or not, but I noticed no odor and no one complained (not that they would) although there are some people that may… overall very happy with the product, and not near as scared about my future as I once was. Knowing this product is on the market makes getting older easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Depend guards work great! They absorb so much and are perfect for everyday / every night wear. We highly recommend these because they are comfortable, fit great, have good odor control and fit discreetly.

I have been using this product for 19 years following a radical prostatectomy. Due to increased incontinence, I now go through three 52 count packages per month. No help from any insurance, so it is a rather expensive option, but still better than other options. Would be nice if they sealed a little better as they often leak. Any chance of getting coupons sent out on a monthly basis? I have tried all other brands, and Depends Guards are still the best!

The "new more flexible" product has a tendency to leak more than the previous product. This may be because of my more active daily routine schedule. I find having to use two pads per day instead of the previous one per day. Wait, maybe that is the plan LOL.
