[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is intended for use for bladder incontinence. This product fulfills its purpose of helping to protect yourself from bladder leaks. It neutralizes odors well, but low on comfort and fit. I would rather wear a full blown diaper instead of constantly having to adjust the pad. It might work well for some people depending on their circumstances and needs.

They stick well and don’t shift around even after prolonged wear. Overall, he said that he would use them again if the need arose.

The latest incarnation (purchased in September 2023 wrapped in a white pouch versus the earlier gray pouch) of the Mens Guards is a step in the wrong direction from the previous version. It is lighter and noticeably less absorbent than the previous version. I will be looking at other brands for comparison now. Previously, I hadn't shopped around because I was so happy with the Guards.

The absorbency was much better than expected, alone with the odor control. I thought they were very easy to conceal while wearing as well. The fit was pretty spot on surprisingly, which made it fairly comfortable. All in all, if you need these, I think they're worth buying.

Typically he just uses whatever is in stock at his nursing home - which isn’t always the most comfortable or best fitting. These were great! Would highly recommend for yourself or a loved one.

Comfort is fine, however the guards retain moisture which irritate my scrotum to the point of chaffing and bleeding. I apply a baby (A&D) ointment several times a day to protect my skin from the moisture. Pads are changed several times a day. I understand that the gurads aren't intended to cure incontinence and taking Myrbetriq is helpful in dealing with the incontinence, but the guards are still necessary to prevent leakage onto outer-wear. I just wish they didn't exacerbate the problem.
