He states that they are very comfortable and easy to use. They fit great in briefs and not advisable to wear in boxers. The absorbency gave him more confidence and there were no fowl odors when using this product. Additionally, the pads are great value and is sure to last a while!

All around a great product we will be definitely buying these from now on.

These pads provide security from leakage! He doesn't have to worry about embarrassing accidents, preserving his dignity!

It neutralizes odors well, but low on comfort and fit. I would rather wear a full blown diaper instead of constantly having to adjust the pad. It might work well for some people depending on their circumstances and needs.

I regard the current Guards design for men to be more appropriate for a woman. Men require a little more wider coverage from the middle to upper portion of the guard. The coverage is insufficient for active wear when male genitals tend to move back and forth. The design needs to be adjusted so as to accommodate movement or swing motions when sitting cross legged..
