The fit is comfortable and discreet, which is exactly what I needed. They stay in place without shifting, and I barely notice I’m wearing them, allowing me to go about my day with confidence. The absorbency is excellent – it handles all my needs without any leaks or discomfort, even during longer periods of use. The material is soft and feels gentle on the skin, which was important to me for all-day wear. I also appreciate the slim profile, as it doesn’t add bulk under clothes. I’ve been using these for a while now, and they’ve never let me down. The pack of 52 is convenient and lasts a long time, so I don’t have to worry about constantly restocking. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product, and I will definitely buy them again for their reliability and comfort.

when i first started using them about 18 months ago they seemed to be adequate and kind of did the job.I noticed around late 8/2020 that the design had been changed somewhat radically. they were narrower and shorter and can prove this because i had some in my glove box i bought last spring.they have also changed the padding material. they are now totally inadequate as a garment protector.I can't tell you how many times i've been embarassed going into a Dr's or a grocery store. i have also tried wearing their brefifs w/ them.but alas the briefs always end up soaked on the sides w/ the same result of my outer garments wet also. AAAAA very dissatified GOOD BY DEPENDS IT SEEMS I CAN'T DEPEND ON YOU ANYMORE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience has g Been great so far with these I will be purchasing these guards from now on because they have great absorbency for those tight times trust me these work really well I was skeptical but now I’m a believer and for us guys being discreet about something like this is essential and you can barely tell you have them on the fit is wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer to use guards rather than the underwear products, but most public restrooms don't have a waste basked in the stalls, and if using a home I don't want to broadcast my problem. My second choice is using the underwear products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my grand dad to use he loves these way better than the depends pull ups because he said wjen he wears the pull ups he feels like he has a big dipper on so with these pad the still cover what he needs for his leaks but much more comfortable through out the day very easy to change hold liquid well. All around a great product we will be definitely buying these from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great it has the absorption of a full pull up brief but sits comfortably in the front of the underwear or boxer brief which is what i wear. Once i put the pad or leaf as ive come to call them in place they were so comfortable that often times i would forget they were even there. Ive come to love this product. It does the same thing as a full pull up brief without the uncomfortable bulkiness. It is lightweight and very absorbent. I recomend this product to anyone that has leakage.

I’m recovering from kidney stone surgery and need something to help with leaking but didn’t want to feel like I was wearing a diaper. Boy did I find the right product! These are so comfortable that I forget I’m even wearing them. They keep me dry and are great at preventing odor!
