[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These definitely get the job done in the sense that they absorb well. However I personally find them to be very uncomfortable. I’d rather use typical absorbing underwear than this because of that reason.

I love this product. I use it for larger surges. And I would recommend this to anyone that has this problem. This is day and night for me but I do not recommend these for night time use( they leak). I am thinking about switching for night time and I thing I will use Real-Fit. P.S. They are a little bulky on me but discreet

Although bulky which is why it’s a 4 star instead of 5, they stay in place and withstand a good amount of urine. I wish the packaging would be more discrete as I rather not advertise to everyone that there is a bladder issue. They stayed in place well and held very well until changed for a fresh pad.
