The struggle we deal with is that most pads don’t stay in one spot, or don’t catch all the leakage. I am so glad we got such a large pack because these pads fit well and hold a lot of liquid. They are affordable as well for such a large pack. I haven’t gotten any complaints about feeling uncomfortable from my clients, and they definitely are comfortable enough to tell me if so!

They fit like they're not even there providing the ultimate comfort. Put a pack of these in grandpa's stocking this year, I guarantee you won't smell a thing.

I really like how they just fit into existing underwear and don't leave you without options like a standalone brief would. For me, they're way too big! I'm sure it's for absorbency, but it would be nice to have a smaller option. Because they were so large, they weren't really all that comfortable and I wouldn't really consider using them during the day. Overall, I see the appeal to someone who has significant leakage problems, but for incidental or small use, they're just overly large. And because they're so big, they're just not very comfortable or practical for me.

Even though the item was a 'Maximum' type, he thought that it could have been a lil bit thinner and that the shape was odd. My brother in law thought that it would not be identical to women's pads. I agree. Men ARE shaped different below the belt. The adhesive strip on the back was good. It didn't move around during the day or overnight. Definitely need to wear briefs and no boxers He said that he would still recommend this.

I Don't like How the Thin Shields Feel Against My Penis. They Feel Like SandPaper And Are Not as Wide And Big Enough For my comfort!
