This product worked just fine in helping with my leakage. I'd recommend it to any one. I've used shields but I guess my leakage is more than they can handle. I will continue using Guards for Men.

Depend guards are a god send when I cough I leak and when I sneeze they stop me from wetting my underwear love them I recommend them to anyone who wants their dignity you can still wear your underwear!!
